TIGER TOTS 3-4
The Tiger Tots Program is specifically designed for developing children ages 3 and 4 years old. Children in the Tiger Tots program will gain essential skills such as discipline and self-awareness, increased focus and attention span, and stranger awareness and bullying skills. Through the Tiger Tots program, children will gain a stronger sense of confidence, courage, self-esteem, respect, courtesy and much more.
JUNIOR KARATE 8-12
In our Junior Karate program your child will be taught important life skills. Utilizing the mental and emotional tools that enable your child to achieve their highest potential, we encourage them to become completely capable, confident and successful. We teach children how to stand up for themselves, caution and common sense, respect, discipline, and increase confidence and self-esteem. We teach skills by breaking techniques down into smaller components, then building them in a way that allows the child to understand how each component works.

TEEN/ADULT KARATE 13+
Here at Safeguard, we are a non-competitive school, studying Shotokan – a traditional style of karate-do. Shotokan is perhaps the most widely known of the karate styles, and is regarded as an influential and dynamic martial art, as it develops aerobic and anaerobic capabilities, powerful and fast techniques, and strong defensive skills.
TEEN/ADULT KICKBOXING 15+
In our teen/adult kickboxing program you will learn essential skills to become healthier, fitter, and stronger. Our approach applies teaching techniques to enhance a greater sense of self-confidence and self-esteem, and to develop more focus, self-discipline, and self-control. You will learn self-defence and experience the stress release that results from kickboxing training.
