Seeking boxing or kickboxing classes in Langley for yourself or your teen? Safeguard Martial Arts is introducing a new program to facilitate exactly that. It provides a great opportunity for parents and their teens to join a class together and manage those ‘teen/parent emotions’ in a fun, extracurricular activity!

Beyond the fun nature of the sport; kickboxing has a plethora of benefits we wanted to share, while also letting the community know that Sensei Troy is ‘kicking off’ these classes for fall.
